Talking Sleep Psychology for the second year in a row, have become delegates for World Sleep Week.

What is World Sleep Day?

World Sleep Day was established by the World Sleep Society; a non-profit organisation based in the United States, which aims to promote and enhance sleep health on a global scale. They facilitate a variety of programmes to raise awareness about the importance of sleep health, and support events and activities that engage the public, sleep researchers, physicians and sleep healthcare professionals.

World Sleep Day is a call to action for communities, sleep experts, community health advocates, and members of the World Sleep Society, to organise World Sleep Day activities to celebrate sleep. It aims to raise awareness on important issues related to sleep, including social aspects and medicine, in order to educate people on how to improve their sleep and prevent sleep-related disorders.

Australia’s official Sleep Day is Friday March 14th 2025 – stay tuned to see what activities, information & webinars we are developing for you.
